Gator Started

These mouthwatering appetizers are here to get your meal started off right!

Gator Bites 
Tender gator fillets, smoked over applewood and marinated in pineapple juice, slightly breaded and fried. Servered with southwest ranch dipping sauce.

Cajun Chicken Nachos
A heaping pile of tortilla chips, topped with blackened grilled chicken, monterey jack cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.

Crunchy Grouper
Our famous sweet and crunchy grouper laid over fresh greens and served with a raspberry honey vinegarette

Blackened Tuna Caesar

Blackened Fat Cat

Smoked Hen 
Whole slow smoked game hen laid over a bed of wild pecan rice.

Grilled pork medallions with strawberry chutney drizzled with rosemary currant sauce.

An authentic spicy Cajun feast.  It's a mixture of our spices, fresh veggies, spicy sausage, chicken and shrimp, slow cooked to perfection.

Bayou Burgers

Sometime you just want a good ole juicy burger!  Well have we got a treat for you!

Black and Bayou Blue Burger
A charbroiled burger blackened and topped with blue cheese crumbles on a kaiser bun.

Bennett Burger
A charbroiled burger smothered in mojo sauce topped with pepper jack cheese on a kaiser bun.

Buffalo Gator Wrap

Chunks of our hand breaded gator tail, tossed in our very own hot sauce. Topped with lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese.

Brazilian Sizzle Wrap 
beef tender medallions marinated and grilled to perfection topped with onions, green peppers, red peppers and pepper jack cheese.
