Lake Race 2014 is finally here!

Join us at Shady Gators for the Lake Race 2014 After Party!

The premier powerboat race event in the Midwest is back at the Lake of the Ozarks! Summer events are in full swing and your favorite Lake of the Ozarks Waterfront Bar is ready to party!  Lake Race 2014 has a full line up of fun events all week long including the After Party at Shady Gators on Saturday.  The "Rough Ryders" Band will be kicking off at the at 8 pm with your Live Music at the Lake of the Ozarks. And don't forget about the Miss Shady Gators Bikini contest happening every Saturday night this season!

June 3, 2014-Tuesday
6pm----Lake Race Volunteer Party at Beavers at the Dam.
All Lake Race volunteers are encouraged to enjoy complimentary appetizers, get their
Lake Race volunteer t shirts and visit with their team leader for race weekend assignments.

June 4, 2014-Wednesday
5-8pm-Lake Race Pontoon Party Sponsored by Playcraft Pontoons and Iguana Water Sports.
Enjoy complimentary appetizers, cash bar and hear plans for the Second Lake Race Pontoon Race. See new model pontoon boats, new water sport toys and all the fun new products available around the lake this season.

June 5, 2014-Thursday
Lake Race Firefighters Fun Run-Departing from H.Toads in the morning, have fun visiting all the waterfront participating restaurants and bars between the "0" mile marker and the 31mm.
After Fun Run Party starts 6pm at The Topsider.
Lake Race VIP sponsor and Racer Welcome starts 7pm at The Topsider.

June 6, 2014-Friday
11am-The Historic Bagnell Dam Strip closes for traffic, and Racer Village builds.
Vendor Village set up takes place on Iguana Point.
6pm-Lake Race Street Party on Historic Bagnell Dam Strip

June 7, 2014-Saturday
All roads lead to Beavers at the Dam Bar and Grill as Headquarters for Lake Race 2014.
Crane starts operating at 9am. Racer testing starts at 10am.
Opening Ceremonies begin at 11:45 am. Racing starts at 12 Noon.
Race will be produced and supplied by KRMS/93.5 Rocks and KRBK Fox TV-live Coverage of all racing between noon and 3pm on radio and TV.
5pm all racing concludes.
Fireworks show at 9:15 in water out from Vendor Village and Beavers – sponsored by Iguana Fireworks
Lake Race After Parties begin in early evening-Beavers at the Dam party  Sponsored by Lake Media presents -"Members Only" Band at 8pm

Shady Gators Lake Race After Party features the "Rough Ryders" Band and The Miss Shady Gators Bikini Contest.

June 8,2014-Sunday
10am crane area opens.
National anthem begins at 11:50
Racing Begins at 12 noon
Racing concludes by 4pm
Lake Race awards ceremony begins by 5:30pm
Sunday After Race Party -Beavers at the Dam- DJ Brice/ Spark Entertainment.

June 9, 2014-Monday
6pm - Lake Race Chopper Dropper at Dogwood Hills Golf Club
Awards and prize announcement at Heroes Sports Saloon following.
