Surf & Sizzle

World famous Brazillian sizzle served with 6 jumbo shrimp (blackened or jerked).

Sweet crawfish tail meat batter dipped and deep fried.

Four large jalapeno poppers stuffed with shrimp and our very own sweet chili cream cheese, rolled in bread crumbs, and deep fried to a golden brown.

Ranchero Wrap

We start with a thick brown roux, fresh vegetables, chicken, and andouille sausage served over white rice.

An authentic spicy Cajun feast.  It's a mixture of chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage and tomato filets slow cooked to perfection. 

Crawfish Cardonnel

Sweet crawfish meat sauteed with vegetables and tomatoes in a rich cream sauce. 

Menage Au Trios

Blackened Tuna

Sushi grade Ahi Tuna blackened to your liking, then sliced, and served over rice, then finished with a cilantro lime butter.

Fillets of farm raised catfish hand breaded in seasoned corn meal then deep fried to golden brown. 

Chicken Creole

Pan seared chicken breast tossed in fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, & onions; then simmered down in our own Creole spices.
