The delicious gator fare you've been craving all winter is back! Shady Gators is now open every Friday through Sunday, serving all your favorites. From gator starters to the best cajun dishes, our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar has something for everyone's tastes. Try one of these next time you're here:
GATOR STARTERS
Wingies - Hickory smoked jerked chicken wings served dry or with mojo sauce. Also available deep fried with hot sauce or with sweet and spicy sauce.
Legendary Sweet & Crunchy Fingers - Sweet and crunchy white fish filets drizzled with honey and served with raspberry and tartar sauce.
Ultimate Po Boy - Handbattered gator and crawfish meat with lettuce and tomato on a hoagie with cocktail sauce and Creole mustard.
Screamin' Mimi - A tender juicy grilled chicken breast dipped in our hot sauce topped with crispy bacon, melted sharp cheddar and provolone cheese.
Chicken Carbonara - Grilled chicken, mushrooms, bacon and onions tossed in garlic cream sauce laid over spaghetti noodles.
Seafood Alfredo - Fresh crabmeat, shrimp and crawfish sauteed in herb butter and finished with Alfredo sauce. Served on fettuccine noodles.
Crawfish Cardonnel - Sweet crawfish meat sauteed with vegetables and tomatoes in a rich cream sauce.
Menage Au Trios - For those who can't make up their mind, we give you a helping of jambalaya, red beans and rice, and choice of gumbo, etouffe, or cardonnel.
Blackened Fat Cat - Two blackened farm raised catfish filets over wild rice topped with crawfish cardonnel.
Chicken Creole - Pan seared chicken breast tossed in fresh tomatoes, bell peppers & onions, then simmered down in our own Creole spices.
Bayou Black and Bleu Burger - A charbroiled burger blackened and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.
Bennett Burger - A charbroiled burger smothered in mojo sauce topped with pepper jack cheese.
