Gator Starters

Brazilian Sizzle

Fresh trimmed beef tenders marinated, seasoned, grilled to rare, sliced thins and sered on a sizzling cast iron skillet.

Surf & Sizzle

World famous Brazilian sizzle served with 7 jumbo shrimp (blackened or jerked).

Chicken Nachos

A heaping pile of tortilla chips topped with pepper jack queso, lettuce, tomato, onions, shredded Monterrey Jack cheese and finished with blackened grilled chicken. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.

Cajun Popcorn

Sweet crawfish tail meat batter dipped and deep fried.

Coconut Shrimp

Four of our jumbo shrimp hand battered in fresh coconut flakes. Served with a rum sauce.

Shrimp Happens

Six jumbo shrimp, blackened, jerked, or fried.

Chicken Tenders 

Lean strips of chicken breast, hand breaded and fried to perfection. Served with choice of sauce.

Poppers

Four large jalapeno peppers stuffed with shrimp and our very own sweet chili cream cheese, rolled in bread crumbs, and deep fried to a golden brown.

Wingies

Hickory smoked jerked chicken wings served dry or with mojo sauce. Also available deep fried with hot sauce or with sweet and spicy sauce.

Gator Bites

Tender gator fillets, marinated in a citrus blend, hickory smoked and flash fried. Served with a Citrus Aioli dipping sauce.

Legendary Sweet & Crunch Fingers

Sweet and crunch white fish felts drizzled with honey and served with raspberry tartar sauce.

Catfish Whiskers

Fresh fillet of catfish cut into strips and hand breaded. Served with tartar sauce.

Cajun Favorites

Cajun dishes served with a side salad and cornbread.

Chicken Gumbo

We start with a thick brown roux, fresh vegetables, chicken and andouille sausage served over white rice.

Jambalaya

An authentic spicy Cajun feast. It's a mixture of chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage and tomato fillets slow cooked to perfection.

Crawfish Etouffe

Sweet crawfish tail meat simmered in a dark rich roux with a dash of this and that.

Red Beans & Rice

A traditional Monday dish in Cajun country slow cooked and smoked ham hocks.

Crawfish Cardonnel

Sweet crawfish meat sauteed with vegetables and tomatoes in a rich cream sauce.

Menage Au Trois

For those who can't make up their mind we give you a helping of jambalaya, red bean and rice and choice gumbo, etouffe or cardonnel.
