Palace - Sleeps 18
The Palace is located at the back of the cove only a few houses from Shady Gators, it has a dock for your boat and a great deck for a cookout. What a view from the dining room and living room. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and sleep two. The second room has two full size bunk beds and comfortably sleeps four. There is a full bathroom and half bathroom on this level. You will find a great view of the lake from the lower level. There are two futons that sleep two, and the room connects to the deck. Next is the fourth bedroom with two regular beds, and it sleeps four. The final bedroom has another full size bed that sleeps two. There is another full bathroom on this level, and we've added another futon so this house now sleeps eighteen!
We call it the Beach House because it sleeps 18 people. Great house for bachelor and bachelorette parties and it was built for memories! This house also has a great view of the Lake of the Ozarks and shared sandy beach. The lower level starts with bedroom #1 which has two queen beds that sleep four. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a bunk bed to sleep four. Bedroom #3 has two bunk beds, sleeps four. The lower level has two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The upper level has Bedroom #4 with a queen bed sleeps two. Bedroom #5 with a queen bed and a bunk bed, sleeps four and has full bathroom #3. You will also find a large full kitchen, living room and dining room. For a large group, you will find this house is very affordable. It also has a large upper and lower deck with will only add to the fun you will have with your friends.
This spacious house is just up the hill from Shady Gators. Walking in you will find a spacious living room and a nicely remodeled kitchen with a large deck with a great view of the cove behind it. You also will find three nice sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. Going down stairs you will find two large bedrooms, each has their own bathrooms and small kitchens with refrigerators. There are a couple of single beds and five sets of bunk beds. This house offers over 3000 square feet of space and is great for a large group of up to 20 people. Bring your friends for bachelor or bachelorette parties!
The Breeze is just across from Shady Gators, it has a big deck and its own dock. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it is a great house for a bachelor or bachelorette parties! You enter this house from the upper-level, and bedroom #1 has a full-size bed which sleeps two. Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds and sleeps four with its own full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a futon to sleep four and a full-size bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a full bed and sleeps two. There is a fireplace room that has a sofa sleeper for two and another full-size bathroom. The lower level has a large living room, kitchen and dining area with a large deck. There is a sofa sleeper sleeps two and next you will find Bedroom #5 that sleeps another two. With all of the amenities in this house, you and your friends and family will have a great time!
Bungalow - Sleeps 12
The Bungalow has a great view, its own dock, and just a hop skip and a jump from Shady Gators. You enter the house from the upper level where all the bedrooms are, bedroom #1 has two full-size bunk beds and sleeps four, bedroom #2 has two full-size beds and sleeps four and bedroom #3 has a queen bed which sleeps two. The first thing that catches your eye coming down the stairs is the great view from the deck right outside the living room. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and another full bathroom. Here we have added two pull out sofa's that sleep two.
The Lodge gives you a beautiful water view of the Lake of the Ozarks. Step outside on your deck and view all the boats, and a great view of Shady Gators. Immediately you have the feeling you are somewhere very special, just look at all the people that drove for hours to get to the number one vacation spot in the Midwest! You enter this house on the upper level and bedroom #1 has a queen bed which sleeps two. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, sleeps two, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed that sleeps two. The upper level has two full bathrooms. The lower level has a lake view living room with a queen sofa sleeper, sleeps two. You will also find bathroom #3. Next you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer with a fully equipped kitchen. The deck outside the kitchen is a great place to start the morning with a cup of coffee or to grill out in the evening.
Retreat - Sleeps 10
You enter the Retreat on the lower level, bedroom #1 has three bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top sleeps six comfortably. The lower level has a full-size bathroom. The upper level has the second bedroom with a full sized bed that sleeps two people, and also a full bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps two people. You will also find a full-size kitchen with utensils, dining area, outside deck with a gas grille.

You enter this Shady Gator house from the upper level where you will find two bedrooms on the upper level. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed sleeps two, bedroom #2 has two bunk beds sleeps four, there are also two full bathrooms. The lower level has bedroom #3 with a queen bed sleeps two, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two. The lower level has a full kitchen, half bath, laundry room, dining room.
