It's International Beer Day, and you know what that means! It's time to bring out the booze, enjoy our favorite foods, and spend the day at Shady Gators. There's nothing that goes better with beer than appetizer and burgers, so we're going to tell you about our favorite dishes that will pair wonderfully with any beer you choose from the best bar at the Lake of the Ozarks!
Freshly trimmed beef tenders marinated, seasoned, grilled to rare, sliced thin, and served on a sizzling cast iron skillet

World famous Brazilian sizzle served with 6 jumbo shrimp.
Chicken Nachos
A heaping pile of tortilla chips topped with pepper jack queso, lettuce, tomato, onions, shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, and finished with blackened, grilled chicken. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.

Sweet crawfish tail meat batter dipped and deep fried.

Tender gator filets marinated in a citrus blend, hickory smoked and flash fried. Served with a citrus Aioli dipping sauce.
