Shady Gators has some exciting new updates this summer that will do just that! We're thrilled to announce that we've added a brand new parking lot, updated our docks and opened a new convenient store within walking distance.

New Parking Lot

Let's start with the new parking lot! We know how frustrating it can be to struggle finding a parking spot on a busy day. At Shady's, we made it a priority to create a spacious and well-lit lot that can handle even the craziest of weekends. Shady's now has 270 spots available and is well-lit to provide an extra layer of protection to you and your ride!

Updated Docks

Let's talk about our new and improved docks! Our new docks are designed to ensure easy access to the restaurant and pool area and we've taken every precaution to ensure you and your boat can arrive safely! They meet all the latest safety regulations and are built to last. 

We’ve added two new wave breaks at the entrance of the 7 mile cove to keep your boat protected and allow you to easily park your boat in one of our 100 dock slips! Whether you're coming to hang out after a day on the water or just looking to grab some food and drinks to-go, our upgrades will allow you to dock your boat with ease!

Convenience Store

Last but not least, our new Gator Mart will guarantee a fantastic day on the water and overall trip to The Lake! Plus, the new convenience store is within walking distance from our rental properties, boat rentals & charter service! No more worries about leaving essential items at home- whether you need sunscreen, bug spray, snacks or drinks- we've got you covered!
