Here at Shady Gators the sun is shining, the water is sparkling, and the PIZZA🍕 is hotter and tastier than ever before! This is the third summer since we launched our new pizza menu, and we couldn't be more thrilled to offer our customers a menu of pies like you’ve never seen before.

Whether you're in the mood for our St. Louis-style thin crust pizza that's crispy and light or a hand-tossed crust that's fluffy and flavorful, we've got you covered. With over 20 different pizzas to choose from, 4 different crust options (including naan bread and cauliflower crust) and an INSANE amount of toppings- there’s no question you’ll find something you love on this menu. Let’s dive into a few of our funky fan-favorites you just HAVE to try: 

1. Gator’s Bayou Classic

We got the Gator by the tail with this one! Smoked alligator tail meat, crawfish tail meat, and andouille sausage in our special garlic cajun sauce with onion, green peppers and banana peppers make this a one-of-a-kind sensation

2. Chicken Bacon Ranch

Our to-die-for creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with grilled chicken and smoked bacon, drizzled with our homemade ranch dressing.  

3. Bourbon Street Chicken

With grilled chicken tossed in sweet bourbon glaze, andouille sausage, garlic, red onion, green peppers and pepper jack cheese, this pie will leave you craving for more of that sweet & savory flavor! 

4. Butcher’s Pie

This is for all our meat lovers out there. Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, Canadian bacon topped with smoky bacon crumbles. 

5. The Greek

If you’re not a meat lover, we have options for you too- our Greek pie is covered with tomatoes, red onions, garlic, black olives, green olives, spinach, artichokes, and feta cheese with an olive oil base.

Aside from those five examples, there are so many more incredible pizzas- you'll just have to come in and try for yourself. Plus, you can build your own masterpiece from any of the crusts & toppings we have available at the restaurant! It's a great option for picky eaters or those who like to try new flavor combinations.
