It's Time For An Impromptu Vacation!

After you've worked a long week stuck in an office, what you really need to wind down is to wind back up! At Shady Gators, we are the Party Capitol at the Lake of the Ozarks, and between our amazing Cajun food at the Lake of the Ozarks, exciting parties, and even spacious vacation rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks, we have everything you need. There are still a few units available for the weekend, and if anyone needs a vacation getaway, we KNOW it's you! Here are the few units that are only temporarily available, but they won't last long!

Paradise

This Lakefront house has a large deck which is great for cooking on the grill and gathering with friends. You also will love the great view and shared sandy beach. You enter this Shady Gator house from the upper level where you will find two bedrooms on the upper level. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed sleeps two, bedroom #2 has two bunk beds sleeps four, there are also two full bathrooms. The lower level has bedroom #3 with a queen bed sleeps two, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two. The lower level has a full kitchen, half bath, laundry room, dining room. Off site parking available near H.Toads.

Beach House

We call it the Beach House because it sleeps, 18 people. Great house for bachelor and bachelorette parties and it was built for memories! This house also has a great view of the Lake of the Ozarks and shared sandy beach. The lower level starts with bedroom #1 which has two queen beds that sleep four. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a bunk bed to sleep four. Bedroom #3 has two bunk beds, sleeps four. The lower level has two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The upper level has Bedroom #4 with a queen bed sleeps two. Bedroom #5 with a queen bed and a bunk bed, sleeps four and has full bathroom #3. You will also find a large full kitchen, living room, and dining room. For a large group, you will find this house is very affordable. It also has a large upper and lower deck with will only add to the fun you will have with your friends.

Bit'R'Sweet

This spacious house is just up the hill from Shady Gators. Walking in you will find a spacious living room and a nicely remodeled kitchen with a large deck with a great view of the cove behind it. You also will find three nice sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. Going down stairs you will find two large bedrooms, each has their own bathrooms and small kitchens with refrigerators. There are a couple of single beds and five sets of bunk beds. This house offers over 3000 square feet of space and is great for a large group of up to 20 people. Bring your friends for bachelor or bachelorette parties!

BRAND NEW HOUSE!

This house has just been bought! It is located on the Lazy Gator property. WELL, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE. You and 15, yes, that’s 16 people– will have the experience of a lifetime staying on the property that is Lazy Gators. Enter this house on the upper level. Bedroom #1 is a queen, sleep 2. Bedroom #2 is a queen, sleep 2. There is a bathroom #1 in-between the bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is a master off of the right of the entrance with 2 full beds, sleep 4. Bathroom #2 is here. The lower level finds the kitchen area, fully stocked with your cooking needs. Here you will find bedroom #4 with 3 full beds, sleep 6. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, sleep 2. Bathroom #3 is here by the bedroom. This beauty is right on the Lake with decks and docks.

Party at the Capitol!

These are only a few of the great houses we have available, some are located on site at the Gator, while others are located a short distance away. We have a great line-up of exciting events happening this weekend, and you won't want to miss out. We're kicking it off with the Foam Dome Party and Broseph E. Lee LIVE on Friday, Gator Games Cross Fit Competition at Lazy Gators and the Bikini Competition at Shady Gators on Saturday, and Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band on Father's Day! Join us for a HOT weekend of HOT events and party with the Lake of the Ozarks lakefront restaurant who does it best.
