Hand battered gator and crawfish meat with lettuce and tomato on a hoagie with cocktail sauce and Creole mustard.
Rib-Eye Steak Sandwich
Grilled rib eye steak topped with provolone cheese served on a toasted hoagie roll

The offspring of a Philly and a Reuben. Thinly sliced corned beef topped with peppers, onions, sauerkraut, 1000 island and Swiss cheese, served on a marble rye hoagie.

Slow cooked prime rib, thinly sliced. Topped with peppers, onion, and melted Swiss cheese served on a hoagie.
