At Shady Gators, we love nothing more than a good plan for summer, whether it be a week long vacation or a quick weekend getaway. Because we know how important these adventures are for you, we've made it easy by giving you a place to stay that has the same quality and experience as you'll find at the Shady Gators restaurant. We are the Party Capitol at the Lake of the Ozarks after all, and we have just one more added aspect of partying with our vacation rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks! The Breeze is a great place to spend your lazy summer days, and we'd love to show you why!

Plenty of Space

The Breeze has enough room to sleep at LEAST sixteen people! If you want a group even bigger, you can comfortably fit twenty-two people in this vacation home at the Lake of the Ozarks. The sleeping areas are spaced between two floors, and if you want to sleep twenty-two people, you will need to rent the Bunkhouse as well. There are four bathrooms in this living area, so you don't have to clamor over who's turn it is.

The open concept kitchen allows you the ability to stay in and fix some of your own meals - like breakfast. Since we know you'll want to eat at Shady Gators for the rest of your meals!

Outdoor Amenities

Because we know that part of the reason you're coming for a vacation is to get some quality time outside, we have created some awesome spaces in this home. There is a deck all across the lakeside of the Breeze with fantastic views of the main channel. Kick back and enjoy the beautiful view, the peaceful breeze, and enjoy Lake life to the fullest. Do you want to grill out on the deck? No problem! We have provided a grill on the deck as well.

When you rent out one of our vacation rentals, you get the FREE VIP Package! Enjoy a free Cabana on non-holiday weekends at Lazy Gators, a VIP wristband for both Shady Gators and Lazy Gators.
