This Lake front house has a large deck great for cooking on the grill and gathering with friends. You also will love the great view and shared sandy beach. You enter this Shady Gator house from the upper level: You will find two bedrooms on the upper level. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed sleeps 2, Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds sleeps 4, there are also two full bathrooms. The lower level has Bedroom #3 with a queen bed sleeps 2, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps 2. The lower level has a full kitchen, half bath, laundry room, dining room.
You enter this house on the upper level. you will find Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, sleeps 2. Next is Bedroom #2 with two bunk beds, sleeps 4. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed sleeps 2. Also the upper level has two full bathrooms. The lower level has a nice living room with a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 and a half bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry room, a great lake deck for enjoying the evening.
This is a great house for resting up for your next big day at The Lake. Around $70 per night per person plus the FREE Shady Gator VIP package, plus not having to pay for an expensive cab ride...your already money ahead. You enter the Retreat on the lower level: Bedroom #1 has three bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top sleeps 6 comfortably. The lower level has a full size bathroom. The upper level: Bedroom #2 with a full sized bed that sleeps 2 people. The upper level has a full bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 people. You will also find a full size kitchen with utensils, dining area, outside deck with a gas grille. The units do not have ice, coffee or coffee filters, beach towels nor any personal hygiene products.
The LODGE gives you a beautiful water edge view of the Lake of the Ozarks. Step outside on your deck and view all the boats, and a great view of Shady Gators, watching fun, happy people dancing to the music. Immediately you have the feeling you are somewhere very special...just look at all the people that drove for hours to get to the Number One Vacation spot in the Midwest! You enter this house on the upper level: Bedroom #1 has 2 queen beds, sleeps 4, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, sleeps 2, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed sleeps 2. The upper level has two full bathrooms. The lower level has a lake view living room with a queen sofa sleeper, sleeps 2. You will also find bathroom #3. Next you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer with a fully equipped kitchen. The deck outside the kitchen is a great place to start the morning with a cup of coffee or to grill out in the evening.
The Bungalow has a great view, its own dock and just a hop skip and jump from Shady Gators. You walk in the upper level: That's where all the bedrooms are, Bedroom #1 has two full beds, sleep 4, Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, sleeps 4 and Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, sleeps 2. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleep 2. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The lower level: The first thing that catches your eye coming down the stairs is the great view from the deck right outside the living room. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and another full bathroom.
Honeysuckle - Sleeps 12
New to the Shady House Family is the HONEYSUCKLE. Located on Honeysuckle Road in Lake Ozark MO, it is just a short walk from Shady and Lazy Gators, this house is located ON THE WATER. Tiki and a boat dock for your vacation pleasure. It has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 12. Bedroom #1 has 2 full beds, sleep 4. Bedroom #2 is 2 double bunks, sleep 4. Bedroom #3 is a queen, sleep 2. Lower living area has a sofa sleeper. Two full baths with a fully furnished kitchen, with linens and towels provided. There are upper and lower level decks for a perfect time spent here at The Lake.
